Michael leverages his background and experience as a leader in IT and Cyber along with his deep financial and business knowledge and experience as a practicing CPA.

With over 20 years of Big 4 management consulting experience, Cathy specializes in internal audit operations, technology assurance, digital labor, and data risk management. She has led real-time assessments of new IT systems, supported business process transformation, and helped internal audit teams address and remediate IT control material weaknesses.

Kevin brings over 20+ years of leadership in internal audit, IT auditing, and risk consulting. With a background in Big 4, corporate, and advisory roles, he has led large-scale financial and IT compliance initiatives.
